I recently traveled to New Orleans for a medical research conference and had the chance to try a shrimp po’ boy as well as a roast beef one. So good! Unfortunately, I wasn’t there long enough to try any others. A soft shell crab one sounds delicious! Do let me know if you come across one in Atlanta!

I’ve only been reading your blog for a couple months now, so I’m not sure how you feel about seafood, but you should try a soft shell crab po-boy. I had one last year in New Orleans and it was amazing. I’ve yet to find one so mind-blowing in Atlanta, but I’m still looking.
